He Bonus for Working Women (BMT) is a monetary subsidy that is delivered to those women who are in a state of vulnerability. This economic benefit is provided by the National Training and Employment Service (Sence) of the Government of Chile and for women to receive it they need to meet some requirements.

When do they pay the Working Woman Bonus?
The monetary subsidy offers two payment methods: monthly and annual, and one of them must be chosen when applying. The first consists of dividing 75% of the total amount into amounts each month, but as of the fourth and last, this procedure is carried out with 50%, the rest is delivered when one year is over.
For the other modality, the amount is made according to the income that the woman has received the previous year. Keep in mind that the first payment is between three and four months after the application date.

Those women who have chosen that the subsidy be delivered on a monthly basis, then they must take into account the following dates.
- June 30: amount depends on the rent in March 2023.
- July 31: amount depends on the rent of April 2023.
- August 31: amount depends on the rent of May 2023.
- September 29: amount depends on the rent of June 2023.
- October 31: amount depends on the rent of July 2023.
- November 30: amount depends on the rent of August 2023.
- December 28: amount depends on the rent of September 2023.
How much is the Working Woman Bonus equivalent to?
The amount that the beneficiaries receive may vary (up to $570,825 per year or $35,677 per month), since it depends on the payment method chosen and also the salary they receive. Remember that the monetary subsidy is calculated based on income.
What are the requirements to apply for the Working Woman Bonus?
Before thinking about receiving the monetary subsidy, it is important that you verify if you meet any of the requirements requested by the Government.
- Be between 25 and 59 years of age (59 years with 11 months).
- Work independently or independently
- Be part of the 40% of the most vulnerable families in the population.
- You cannot be working in a State Institution (municipalities included) or a private company that receives a state contribution greater than or equal to 50%.
- If you are an independent worker, it is important that you issue receipts and file the Internal Revenue Service (SII) Income Statement.
