The platform specialized in providing health wellness with the use of blockchain technology, Blue United; has announced that it will change its name to Galvan as well as the name of its digital reward for users who take care of their health to IZE, as announced by the same startup through a public press release on April 8, 2022.
The startup has managed to function between the worlds of technology and healthcare by leveraging the blockchain to create a healthy community in its members.
“Our health care systems, while well-intentioned, have diverted resources, responsibility and decision-making away from patients. As an ER physician, despite working with incredible doctors, nurses and providers in some of the highest performing health systems in the world, I have seen firsthand the limitations of our current methods.” communicated Adam Sharp, Chief Executive Officer of Galvan.
Galvan’s main objective is to become a reliable and transparent source of information, showing that its treatments are effective based on the results, while equipping it to manage and store its own records in a decentralized manner.
“Galvan represents a decentralized approach to changing the culture of healthcare and wellness, returning focus and ownership to patients” Galvan’s CEO highlighted in the press release.
Galvan users will have the opportunity to receive IZE and the chance to receive exclusive NFTs, as a digital reward earned in exchange for their work on the platform.
Nevertheless, According to the company, IZE is not designed as an investment instrument but rather as a loyalty to the use of the platform with benefits within its ecosystem.
