As of 00:00 on November 9, 2022, it will no longer be possible to request services with our app. However, you will be able to access your account and contact us through the Help Menu until December 7, 2022. After this date the app will no longer be available.

Due to a clear strategic decision by shareholders to focus on their core European markets, our shareholders have made the decision to stop investing in the Latin American region, where Beat operates.
The platform ensures that they will now focus on “providing the best support to all affected employees”, as well as notifying customers and partners.

The history of Beat in Mexico
The startup Beat was born in 2011 in Athens, Greece, and over the years it expanded its operations to Peru, Chile, Colombia and Argentina. In February 2017, it was acquired by mytaxion-demand car app owned by Daimler Groupwhich in turn owns the luxury car brand Mercedes Benz.
Beat arrived in Mexico in February 2019, starting operations in select areas of Mexico City. The company operated in high and medium-high level neighborhoods such as Bosques de Chapultepec, Polanco, Bosques de las Lomas, Lomas de Chapultepec, Anzures, Condesa, Roma, Juárez and Cuauhtémoc.
