Having been released last June, Nintendo has already announced the arrival of the first free DLC for Mario Strikers: Battle League, which will add new playable characters and a new stadium as great news. In this way, from this friday july 22all players will be able to download a free update to the game that will continue to expand over the coming months.
The first content update for Mario Strikers: Battle League will add Daisy and Shy Guy as new playable characters along with a new set of medieval-themed gear and the new Desert Ruins stadium. Daisy was one of the most missed characters by players who purchased the launch title. The princess boasts high technique, while the rest of her attributes on the soccer field are balanced.
For his part, Shy Guy will be a balanced character in all attributes so that players can adapt their style of play to their liking. Likewise, the new medieval equipment will allow to improve the attack and shooting of the characters.
As is happening with other plumber games, Mario Strikers: Battle League will have more free updates. In fact, Nintendo itself has announced that this year two additional DLC will be released with more characters, teams and additional stadiums for the game.
