It all begins with the appearance of a mysterious warrior named Trunks, who has the ability to transform into Super Saiyan, who comes from the future. He arrives to warn the Z Fighters of the arrival of a series of androids, developed by a member of the extinct Red Patrol.
Goku, as usual, is one of the main focuses of this story. However, the most powerful warrior of all ends up being his son, Gohan, who becomes the first fighter to reach Super Saiyan 2 mode.
Afterwards, each of the members of the arch has their share of participation. Vegeta briefly surpasses Goku and Piccolo fuses with Kami Sama.
On the part of the villains, the first to appear are the androids Number 19 and Number 20, who is actually Dr. Gero; in charge of later awakening the fearsome Numbers 17 and 18.
Cell appears in the middle of all this chaos, to finish making this arc one of the best in the entire Dragon Ball franchise.
