How often do we invest in our emotional health?
When the time comes to ask for emotional support, what is related to something not being right with us, and that is totally wrong, it is a wrong idea of identifying our feelings.

Exercise: Take a physical activity, the one that most attracts your attention. It can be from walking, running, yoga or even aspiring to high performance, whatever makes you happy, and start now. Minimum 30 minutes daily.
Listen to music: Create a playlist for yourself, that will give you motivation and energy, it helps to have a positive attitude.
Eat healthy: a good diet will balance you.
