iOS 13 brought a series of changes related to user privacy. We have for example the option of ‘Sign in with iCloud ‘ or the new permissions of use of the location by the apps. The latter has caused the system to be again and again showing warnings that a certain app uses the background location. So much that Apple has had to give an explanation about it.
If you have iOS 13 surely the notification of an app has appeared. The notification indicates that X app has been using the background location for a certain time or certain times. It also shows a map of the places where the location has been granted. The problem? It does not warn only once, it does it several times to the point that it can become annoying.

Question of taking privacy into account
As Wall Street Journal has stated, some developers are worried that these types of ads may cause users to stop using the app for transmitting distrust. Precisely because of that Facebook published a few months ago an explanation for its users.
What does Apple have to say about it? As stated in a statement to the Wall Street Journal, it is a matter of privacy:
Apple has not created a business model around knowing the location of a customer or the location of its device.
In other words, Apple’s business model is not based on using the data to obtain benefits from them. But it is not only that they do not want to do it, but that they hope that the apps that their customers use can not do it, after all, they continue to use their products (iPhone, iPad …). That is why iOS and the rest of the Apple ecosystem operating systems are becoming more strict with the user’s location and privacy in general.
As a detail, keep in mind that this notice usually appears when the application always has access to the location. That is if the app can only use the location once or when it is open, these ads do not usually appear. In fact, by default, the apps can no longer always have access to the location in iOS 13 unless it is configured from its specific section in Settings.
