During an Apex Legends developer panel, Design Director Jordan Patz announced that Apex Legends Mobile It will arrive on mobile devices around the world during this month of May. This mobile version is already available in some regions such as Mexico, Argentina and Peru.
Apex Legends Mobile is a free-to-play battle royale developed by an internal team of Respawn Entertainment, in collaboration with Tencent’s Lightspeed & Quantum Studios, who have experience in the genre thanks to PUBG Mobile. Patz says that the mobile version will bring the console and PC experience to a new audience.
We’ve built this game from the ground up with mobile optimizations and exclusive content to make sure the game feels like Apex and fresh and new at the same time. To do that, we started with 10 legends with favorites like Wraith, Octane, Bloodhound, and Pathfinder.”
