80 years of caring for the health of Mexicans
In that sense, On January 19, 1943, the IMSS was created by then President Manuel Ávila Camacho. Its objective at that time and currently has been to offer workers basic social security services.
Although it is a company that is eight decades old, Robledo pointed out that the IMSS is at its best age. He assured that dreams come true every day and it is the iron will to have a State institution that protects the people of Mexico with all its glory and will.
He stressed that the history of the IMSS is full of pages of hope and pride, that it has overcome difficult moments such as earthquakes, hurricanes, economic crises, disinvestment, privatization attempts and the pandemic, and it has always come out ahead.
