The International Star Diamond Award was granted on January 20, by the Academy of Hospitality Sciences, which was attended by David Krouham, CEO of the group; Jan Krouham, director of operations, and Carlos Castro, director of marketing, who received the distinction for six of the restaurants in their group that earned the diamond star.
