The Amazon Care service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Currently only available in the United States
What is ginger?
Ginger is a company that was founded in 2011 with the intention of building the first mental health technology platform of the world in the hands of scientists and businessmen from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT for its acronym in English).
As Ginger grew older, the team realized the enormous potential to further improve mental health outcomes, moving from selling their knowledge to healthcare providers to becoming one.

Amazon Care promotes mental health
Amazon Care launched a message on the website where they are allied with Ginger as a complement to their medical services for the benefit of the mental health of the workers who have their Care services.
In order for covered workers to contact a Ginger team professional, they must be referred by Amazon for mental health treatment.
