During this weekend some alleged photos of the charging case of the new second generation AirPods Pro have appeared, published by MacRumors. Some photos that, go ahead, They do not seem authentic, but they may have been correct in their characteristics, as in the possible integration with the Search network, for example.
Pro features for AirPods with this last name
We expect a refresh of the AirPods Pro sometime next year. Rumors have pointed to a much more compact, almost circular design, in which the headphone legs are removed. Rumors that come from none other than Mark Gurman and that collide head-on with the photos we are seeing.
This is not the only reason we have to doubt the authenticity of the photos. Attachment to hang the AirPods case with a strap is something that hardly fits into Appleās design philosophy. It is too early to dismiss it outright, but it is true that no current Apple device has anything similar.
What is interesting is the presence of speakers in the lower rear part of the charging case. Again we have to say that this does not seem like an implementation in the line of Apple. The iPhone 13 Pro have eight speakers at the bottom, enough to play music with excellent quality and at full volume. Yes, it is consistent to expect that these AirPods will integrate with the Search network and have the ability to emit sounds to aid their location, however, six holes and two speakers seems more than excessive.
After the renewal of the AirPods 3 it is clear that the superior version, the Pro, has to prepare interesting changes. Changes such as new sensors for detection of our ear or even for sports monitoring. As with the vast majority of rumors, these photos have some interest, although they do not appear to be authentic. What we do know is that the next generation of AirPods Pro will be the most interesting.
