Alsea, operator of restaurants such as Vips, Domino’s Pizza and Starbucks, among others, will invest 5,500 million pesos in 2023which represents 1,300 million pesos more than in 2022, according to what the same company pointed out through a press release.
Of the 5,500 million pesos, more than half (58.1%) would be destined for Mexicowhile 27.8% for Europe and 20.4% for South America.

The plan to open between 250 and 290 stores for that year also adheres to this investment., of which between 180 and 200 would be corporate and the rest franchised. In this sense, Alsea expects a growth close to 13% in its sales.
Regarding Ebidta, Rafael Contreras, director of Finance and Administration of the company, pointed out that in 2023 a medium double-digit growth is estimated, greater than 15% and with a margin close to 13%.
