A few days ago we analyzed what would the Hogwarts Legacy map look likeIt looks like it could be quite large with lots to do. We also share a list with the confirmed places that we can visit in Hogwarts Legacy. So now, to continue with this dynamic, we are going to show you all confirmed animals in Hogwarts Legacy.
All confirmed animals in Hogwarts Legacy
Of all the animals that we find throughout our adventure in Hogwarts Legacy, many of them we can save and take care of in the nurseries, just like in the Fantastic Beasts movie. At the moment we know that one of these nurseries will be in the Room of Requirement, within the College of Witchcraft and Wizardry itself.
Confirmed places that we can visit in Hogwarts Legacy
niffler
A long-snouted magical creature, native to Britain and with a penchant for anything shiny. Thanks to them, we can locate treasures, but as we saw in the Fantastic Beasts movies, they cause a lot of havoc when they are loose.
Graphhorn
The Graphorn is an aggressive and dangerous magical creature, native to the mountains of Europe, although in Hogwarts Legacy we can take care of them in our nursery. This beast can repel most spells, it has two golden horns that serve as an ingredient for potions such as the antidote to rare poisons.
Dragon
Just like we saw in the Harry Potter: Goblet of Fire movie, dragons are going to cause us trouble at Hogwarts Legacy, and we don’t think they’ll be able to add to our collection of fantastic beasts. We imagine that they will be guarding specific places like Gringotts Bank.
Hippogriff
The hippogriff is a magical creature that has the forelegs, wings, and head of a giant eagle and the body, hind legs, and tail of a horse. This is one of the creatures best known for its importance in the Harry Potter movies. The Hippogriff is one of the rare corporeal forms of the Patronus Charm.
mooncalf
Mooncalf is a shy creature that only comes out of its burrow during a full moon. Once under it, the Mooncalf performs movements believed to be part of a mating ritual, which has the side effect of creating geometric patterns in wheat fields that confuse Muggles. Also, the dung from the mooncalf, if harvested before the sun rises, will make magical plants grow faster and stronger.
Troll
The mountain troll is the largest and fiercest race of trolls of its kind. They eat raw meat and practically do not care where it comes from, they hunt from wild animals to people, and give off a foul odor. Trolls are also known for what happened in the first Harry Potter movie.
fwooper
The Fwooper is an African bird that exhibits intensely colored plumage; there are orange, pink, lime green and yellow. This animal has long been a purveyor of fancy feathers, and its eggs are also striking for the brightly colored patterns on the shell.
Thestral
A thestral is a variety of winged horse with a skeletal body and is only visible to those who have seen death. Due to their XXXX rating, only the most experienced wizards should attempt to handle these creatures.
acromantula
The acromantula is a magical species of monstrous, giant spiders that have eight legs and eight eyes and the ability to speak. It is poisonous and carnivorous, it prefers large prey, but it will not hesitate to attack us.
Among these confirmed animals, we have also seen cats, owls and what appears to be a Phoenix, as we saw in the last extensive gameplay. There will also be fantastic human creatures like Centaurs and Elves. This list with all confirmed animals in Hogwarts Legacy will be updated if we end up meeting new creatures.
