The weekend has us hooked on playing Horizon Forbidden West, which makes us want to keep playing Aloy’s new adventure even more. The Forbidden West gets a new patch today with which to polish details and improve the performance of the work on PS5 and PS4.
Guerrilla Games has announced through its official channel on Reddit all the corrections that have been introduced. Altogether we are talking about 30 mods coming with patch 1.05being the first after the launch and which is already available on both Sony consoles.
After listening to the community with their requests, the studio has worked on several graphical issues related to brightness, sharpness and saturation of the screen when moving the camera. Also fixed a defect that generated infinite loading screensone that showed Aloy’s costume blurry in Photo Mode and those that blocked progression in different missions.
Regarding the gameplay, the Second Chance ability now works without problems, as well as the camera not being placed in the best position using certain weapons. In the visual section, the excess of sharpness using HDR mode or a bug that caused graphic anomalies after quickly opening and closing the map has been modified.
Finally, aspects related to possible crashes, minor errors and cosmetic improvements have also been polished. All this allows to continue shining Horizon Forbidden West its impressive landscapes, inspired by current North American cities.
