Alejandro, who has been collaborating with the consultancy for 26 years, highlighted that he faces this new role in LLYC with the sole objective of continuing to work hard to strengthen the company’s global proposal by incorporating technology and creativity into its value proposition, a greater commercial boost and constant support for the teams that lead the company’s business.
It also highlights that it has a goal of continuing to grow above double digits each year.
In this sense, he adds that his strategic priorities in this new position is to deepen our commitment to the comprehensive transformation of each of the services through Big Data and Artificial Intelligence strategies, with creativity that help each of their clients to connect with their purpose.
“In today’s world of continuous change, most commercial, communication, business or marketing challenges are unprecedented. Today, leading companies find the best leads by applying automated analysis techniques based on artificial intelligence on large volumes of data. Today, the best decisions are data-driven ”, he adds in an exclusive interview for Merca2.0.
In this sense, he maintains that another of the keys to face this new position will be his growth in the market American through possible acquisitions and also with organic growth of the company.
“We are very happy and proud of our presence and track record in the United States, but we believe that our operation in that country has the greatest potential for growth and that this growth is essential for the company’s global growth objectives,” he asserts.
The also partner and shareholder of LLYC added that among these strategies that he will apply is to support his clients to overcome their great challenges in a multidisciplinary way, thanks to his communication, marketing and public affairs capabilities, they allow him to address any challenge in a much more comprehensive way. .
In that same context, Romero glimpses the end of 2022 and assures that it was a great year for the Spanish consultancy.
“Being a public company listed on the stock exchange, we cannot share data so freely, but what I can say is that 2022 will be a good year for the complex context that the world economy is experiencing, we are going to meet our objectives. At LLYC we are doing our homework, making our offer more sophisticated and accelerating our digital transformation of our services with technology and creativity as transversal and differentiating axes”, he said.
Given this, he highlights that with the same success they will reach 2023, which according to the manager must also be a year marked by the growth of LLYC through highly relevant acquisitions in our main markets, especially in the US market.
“Mexico is a key market for LLYC and thanks to the integration with BESO in 2021, today we are the most important communication, marketing and public affairs company in the country. However, it is still a market with room for growth and that will continue to be the focus in 2023. We see room for growth in all our areas and we are betting heavily on strengthening our area of corporate affairs and institutional relations”, he adds.
However, the Global CEO maintains that, in Mexico, LLYC celebrated 15 years, where in all that time companies were looking for communication advisers, on the one hand, and marketing or digital services advisers on the other, but today these divisions are very diffuse and their clients need strategic partners who can advise them in a much more comprehensive way in terms of how communication, marketing or public affairs can help them achieve their business objectives.
“I firmly believe that, increasingly, our advice is more relevant for companies that need to communicate with their audiences and boost their business results,” he said.
Finally, Romero explains that LLYC In all the markets in which they operate, they compete with firms of many sizes, types, origins or services. “I would tell you that our main differentiators are that we can offer a much more holistic vision than most, with data and creativity at the forefront, added to our proven abilities to generate influence in communication, marketing or public affairs, but, above all, our focus on the client, understanding their challenges and being able to impact their income statement”, pointed out.
