Likewise, the FGR He clarified that the Mexican authorities will have four months to carry out a complementary investigation of the case.
In December 2021, the Mexican authorities had released Del Valle, after more than two months in prison for this alleged fraud, in the midst of the crisis that the airline Interjet was going through, one of the most important in the country, and which culminated in its Exit from Mexican airspace.
The one who was also director of the inoperative Interjet was arrested by the Investigative Police (PDI) of Mexico City on September 9, 2021 at the Club de Industriales, in the Mexican capital.
Alejandro Del Valle had been appointed as the new president of the Board of Directors of ABC Aerolíneas in December 2020, displacing Miguel Alemán Magnani, the founder of the airline, now a fugitive from Justice.
In August 2021, Interpol issued a red file for the capture of Alemán Magnani, accused of tax fraud for 66 million pesos (3.5 million dollars) by the FGR.
The link to the process is disseminated days after the cessation of operations of Aeromar, for which there are two Mexican airlines that declare bankruptcy in less than three years.
