This has been announced Age of Empires from its official Twitter account, where they also published a link to their official blog. In this link, they announce that from the September 17 at 7:00 p.m. (peninsular time), until September 20 at mass time, the open beta will be available for Age of Empires IV. This beta comes under the name of Technical Stress Test, and will serve to test the game servers on a large scale.

The Age of Empires blog assures us that the beta will not be closed by invitation, so you can access it from the application Xbox hub, which you can download from the Microsoft Store, although you can also download the beta of the title from Steam. The company has ensured that the more people participate in the beta, the better.
If you manage to reach the minimum or recommended requirements of Age of Empires IV, you will be able to access the beta without any problem.
