This year, there will be two animated films from spider-man, which tells us the story of Miles Morales, together with the first installment, they showed us the first signs of the multiverse, that is why, their second installment, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, That will premiere on October 7, expectations are high.
Now, that a whole new universe is about to be explored, and that the same designers and producers of the film have mentioned that an entire experience awaits us through dimensions and styles, the wait can become heavier.
In the first installment of Miles Morales, we were introduced to a host of spider heroes, hailing from any number of corners across the length and breadth of the multiverse.
More should be added that now, that the most recent installment of the arachnid in Spider-Man: No Way Home, of the studies Marvel, brought us a nice taste of everything that the multiverse can be, the chances that we can see join the animations with live action, can become an interesting bet.
The UCM, of which the peter parker made by Tom Holland, let us into the multiverse a bit, by showing his successors Spider-Man, from the actors Andrew Garfield Y Tobey Maguire, arising from the film franchises themselves, an act that opens the door to future crossovers, but it seems that the plans are much bigger than we had imagined.
Since some viewers thought it might be fun to see the trio of actors appearing in one of the upcoming films of the spider-man of animation, it is speculated that the writers and producers Christopher Miller Y Phil Lordwanted to talk about this possibility of connecting with the UCM from Marvel Studios.
And although they have not revealed much about it, their opinion has been quite interesting, since they do not close the possibility when talking about connections, during an interview they had with the podcast Happy Sad Confused:
“We have been in the circle of what happened”, “The Multiverse is very big and wide, and things are getting bigger and bigger. Why would you think that a Multiverse, where all things are possible, is absolutely not all related to each other?,explained Miller.
To which his partner completed with a sarcastic tone: “Everything is possible, except this ‘thing’ that everyone is wishing for.”
It would be really interesting to see a connection between the animated world and the UCM from Marvel Studios, but we simply have to wait to receive more statements or, in that case, wait until the film is available in theaters.
