The design of this house impresses both with its shapes and its location. As if luxury were literally part of the landscape. This is the case of this impressive house designed to be located in a forest near Sochi, the largest tourist city in Russia.
The house is one of the virtual projects that emerged from the creativity and experimentation of the Russian architect and designer Roman Vlasov, that mixes in your portfolio real houses and virtual houses. The creative freedom of the latter derives in projects that although they have not been executed, they can come true. In fact, if they are not viable it is not so much because of their shapes but because of urban and landscaping issues.
The house, of a single height is conceived as a platform on two large pilasters. The impressive height they reach makes their design seem light and ensures stunning views 360º views. The marked geometries in white they generate a great contrast with the green of the mountain.
Despite its lightness, its pilasters are very wide.
The house opens up to the landscape with its glass walls. And it is that the luxury in this case is the privileged location and the views, from which to see, without being seen.
