The work was drawn by the artist at her residence in La Jara in front of the Coto de Doñana, in the town where the Barbadillo winery wines and manzanillas are made. The collar of the bottle is inspired by the presentation of the early years of Castillo de San Diego, in which the origin of said wine was told with the following phrase: 1883 is the year in which, for the first time, it appears in our archives under the name Blanco del Castillo wine, the wine that was made each harvest. In 1975, we bottled it for the first time, under the Castillo de San Diego brand.

Castillo de San Diego Bicentennial edition is a young dry white wine, 2020 vintage, one hundred percent of Palomino Fina variety grape, from the Gibalbín and Santa Lucía vineyards in Jerez Superior, and belonging to the Geographical Indication Vino de la Tierra de Cádiz . As for its tasting notes, pale yellow with greenish reflections, tasty aroma of pear-like white flesh fruit accompanied by fresh citrus notes, with a smooth, tasty and elegant entry, typical of the palomino grape.
