For this year, the company expects to complete the renovation of the complex Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spawhich will have a total investment of 30 million euros, the largest in the country in 2023. But in the medium term, the sights are set on both sun and beach destinations and cities.
“In the urban part, we believe that the brand Only You and the brand bless They are totally compatible, with a lot of tint to be successful in many cities of Mexico. In addition, the company plans another phase of expansion in Costa Mujereswhere it will go beyond renovations to seek to make new developments.
“We still have two large developments to do in Costa Mujeres (…) they will not start for sure in 2023, although there are possibilities that it will be so. But, with total security, in 2024 we will be developing this second phase in Costa Mujeres”, added Abel Matutes, president of Palladium Hotel Group.
In its general results, the company managed a business volume of 948 million euros, a 26% jump compared to 2019, when it operated 752 million euros. For this year, the goal is to register a volume of 1,000 million euros.
