Non-fungible token (NFT) sleuths have found an old wallet from 2017 that minted 141 CryptoPunks for 0.02 ETH, which was about $7 at the time the project was launched. According to Twitter user Nansen Intern of the analytics platform, the wallet is now valued at 11,300 Ether (ETH), or around $14.7 million at current prices.
The wallet has not shown any activity since thenwhich has led to speculation that the owner lost the seed phrase. The wallet is in the top ten for CryptoPunks holders and many collectors are said to be keeping an eye on it in hopes of snagging a bargain.

CryptoPunks was one of the first collections to launch on Ethereum, with 10,000 unique NFTs. CryptoSlam reports that It has been the third highest collection for secondary sales in the last month, with a trading volume of USD 22.8 million.
According to OpenSea, which recently allowed users to submit bulk listings, the rare CryptoPunk #9476 sold for $480,000, or 370 ETH, on Oct. 17, proving that pixelated punks are still popular.
Street Machine continues to advance
The NFT project Street Machine has grown in popularity and price despite the general downturn in the market.
The cyberpunk anime series is a story-driven collection designed by award-winning video game artist SpenzerG, who was behind the popular online shooter PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG).
It draws inspiration from sci-fi, cyberpunk, and anime pop culture, and focuses on an extensive online graphic novel-themed story.
The collection launched on OpenSea on October 7 and has since increased in volume and average price. There are 8,000 NFTs of story characters in the collection and the minimum price is currently 0.473 ETH, roughly $620.
According to OpenSea, the average price at launch was just 0.04 ETH, or about $50, but by October 18 it had risen 900% to 0.44 ETH, about $570, and daily volumes exceeded 250 ETH, or about $500. 325,000, at the end of last week.
The team behind the collection aims to emulate the popularity of Yuga Labs’ flagship, the Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC)with brand, merchandise and commercial rights for the holders.

An NFT house is sold for USD 175,000
Non-fungible tokens are not just for digital art, as an entire house has been sold on OpenSea as NFTs. The South Carolina property was listed on Roofstock, a real estate technology company that combines NFT with physical properties.
The three-bedroom house was sold for 175,000 USD Coin (USDC) on October 15. Property tokenization has gained traction over the last year or so as it “creates frictionless transactions, simplifies the process and makes information more available”according to Roofstock blockchain director Geoffrey Thompson.
A cryptocurrency-themed house with NFT art included has also been listed on social media for $1.2 million, according to Newsweek.
Decentraland Festival with Ozzy Osbourne
The Metaverse Platform Decentraland is going to hold its second virtual music festival in November. The free event will be presented by Kraken and will feature 100 artists including rock legend Ozzy Osbourne, DJ Dillon Francis and rapper Soulja Boy.
It is the second year of the Metaverses music festival. Its inaugural festival in 2021 drew 50,000 virtual partiers over four days and featured some 80 artists.
