My cousin Camila, who lives in Mexico City, surprised us all with the announcement of her wedding there in the capital. Now, the whole family, located in Puebla, we organize ourselves with Turibus Ride for the transfer to the incredible Mexico City.
Because it was important to make this getaway a fun experience for everyone, from the new Turibus Ride app I put together a tailor-made trip for us!
Turibus Ride, travel your way
First, I confirmed the number of wedding attendees to choose between a 15-person van or a 44-seat bus. In the end, we chose the bus because cousins, uncles, grandparents, grandchildren and even some friends who don’t miss the opportunity to visit the capital are going to the wedding.
So, already in the app, I chose a multi-destination trip: by bus, entering the date, time and origin of the trip.
Then I added a additional boarding point: Cholula, to pick up some guys who live there.
I then selected a intermediate destination: Tlaxcala, where we decided to stop for breakfast.
Lastly, I added the final destination, Mexico City. Here we go!
Other functionalities of your app
I reviewed the itinerary in detail and the app provided me a travel quote. Also at the time I booked the trip paying an advance of 20% and paid the rest 72 hours before traveling.
Regarding the payment method, there are several options, to choose the most convenient; you can even split the cost of the trip among several people. Since it was the first time I used the app, I had some doubts and asked for the support of an executive, who kindly answered my questions via chat.
Also, Turibus Ride has the Digital Host, with which you can monitor the location of the bus in real time; communicate with the driver if there is any inconvenience and even share the trip on social networks.
Finally, we travel with peace of mind because Turibus complies with strict health safety protocols.
an unforgettable wedding
On the day of departure, we arrived on time at the place where our bus was waiting for us. It was a cool morning and after settling in, we left for Cholula, where we arrived in less than 40 minutes to pick up the guys.
Already hungry, we arrived in Tlaxcala, at one of the downtown restaurants, and had breakfast of tlacoyos, eggs, coffee, and atole.
Our last stop: CDMX, and we arrived without any setbacks. That night, it was Camila and Jorge’s wedding. We all enjoy it a lot because happiness is contagious.
The next day, taking advantage of the fact that we were in a vibrant city, we chose from the Turibus Ride app the historic center circuit with its museums, colonial architecture and restaurants of all kinds.
One day before leaving, the youngest ones wanted to fill us with energy in the Pyramid of the Sun and we reserved several places in the Tour Tour Pyramids of Teotihuacan, also from the app. We loved that the tour included panoramic transportation, certified guide, entrance to the archaeological site, tour of the craft workshop, food, and travel insurance.
The day finally came to return home. Thanks to Turibus Ride, a trip for a large family turned out to be a pleasant and smooth experience, to treasure for the rest of my life.
