Rafael Lacava, governor of the Carabobo state in Venezuela, announced last week through his social networks the launch of his ‘Dracula NFT’ project, in order to increase the interest of the Carabobo population in cryptocurrencies and new technologies. from culture, education and competition.
The new project named after Dracula, a pseudonym by which the governor has called himself since his electoral campaign, would be aimed -according to what was published- at generating its own virtual ecosystem with its economy, and would also be inspired by the most iconic places in the state and from Venezuela.
“The coolest game 😎 you can imagine is coming. Stay tuned because we will reach a thousand operators who will be able to generate their own resources while having a good time with a magical NFT ecosystem. So watch out.” Governor Rafael Lacava expressed through his instagram account.
In this sense, it would not be the first time that a Venezuelan politician has the initiative to enter and motivate the population to enter the world of cryptoactives since last year when the elections for governors and mayors of the South American country were held, one of the candidates promised, if he won the elections, a Cryptoactive Technical Training Center together with several scholarships from Axie Infinity, and then in another case a governor (also from the ruling party) proposed the creation of the Bitcoin city.
