The ESLGaming confirmed a new tournament Major from CS:GO and the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, was designated as the venue to host the competition. The Intel Extreme Master will be held at the Jeunsse Arena and will start on 31 October, the best teams will fight for the glory and a prize pool of $1,000,000.

Rio de Janeiro Major: What will the stadium be, its format and the opinion of the organizers?
The Rio de Janeiro region is going to be the first city of Brazil (And all South America) to receive a tournament of this magnitude and, in part, it is not surprising, since the Brazilians are part of one of the blocks of players and fans largest of CS:GO around the world.
