With approximately 300 emails in his account, Alarcon did not hesitate to share some tips to efficiently organize reading.
In the first place, he recommended reading those that are from the direct boss and measuring what is pending or urgent and then selecting those marked as urgent and giving priority.
“For chain emails (eg 10 emails on the same subject), read the most recent and the first generated. Many times the other 8 emails are just comments like “I agree” or “thanks for sharing,” Alarcon said in the post.
