Postpartum, the weather, the closing of the cycle … can generate sadness for what you leave behind and the changes that occur: it is normal
7 REMEDIES AGAINST SADNESS
To raise your spirits, there are very practical solutions that can help you regain balance.
ONE
Do physical activity. It improves your mood and allows you to discharge all those negative energies, as it helps you to warm up the body and release stress. By keeping you moving you help the energy flow.
TWO
Expose yourself to the sun. In the absence of natural light, your internal clock may lose synchronization, so a daily dose of sunlight helps neurotransmitters in the brain release substances that help improve your mood.
THREE
Reduces tension. Find your moment of relaxation every day, whether meditating, reading or eating with people with whom you have a good time. A great way to relieve pressure is by delegating responsibilities – don’t be afraid to ask for help.
FOUR
Carpe the Night. The most relevant thing is not the number of hours you sleep, but that beautiful feeling of rest. And it is that a bad dream hinders your concentration and makes you perform less during the day, so try to take a warm bath before going to bed and avoid doing any activity that causes anxiety.
FIVE
Good nutrition. Sadness may also be because you are not eating what your brain needs to function properly. It is proven that the consumption of certain nutrients directly influences the release of hormones and neurotransmitter substances responsible for regulating mood, such as serotonin.
