Without a doubt, halo-infinite had a strong start last year although since then there have been a couple of hiccups. In addition to issues related to multiplayer, players are still waiting for 343 Industries reveal a roadmap with seasonal updates, as well as news related to co-op and Forge.
Sadly, we will have to wait a little longer to have all that information since Joseph Staten, project leader, revealed that its developers “need more time” to finalize their plans. Here is his full message:
Hello people. Back in November, I told you that we would have an update on our seasonal, co-op, and Forge roadmap for Halo Infinite in January. We need more time to finalize our plans and for what we share to be useful to you. This is my highest priority, and we will have information about it as soon as we can.”
Hey folks. In November, I said we’d have a #HaloInfinite update on our Seasonal roadmap, Co-Op, and Forge in January. We need more time to finalize our plans so what we share is something you can rely on. This work is my top priority, and we’ll have an update as soon as we can.

Previously, Staten mentioned that cooperative mode would debut during the second season of infinitewhile Forged I would in the third. In other words, we will have to wait until at least May of this year to see one of these two modes implemented in the game.
Publisher’s note: It’s certainly bad news, but at least the folks at 343i are being transparent with the information. The community is usually very demanding when it comes to this kind of thing, so it’s better to get the situation under control before it’s too late.
