That the development of Halo Infinite has not been a bed of roses is something that everyone who has followed the news of the game a bit since its development was confirmed will know. In addition to losing two main directors in the development process, the bleeding of personnel who have worked on the title continues to occur over the months, and that is that 343 Industries has already lost 4 major Halo Infinite developers so far this year.
To the departures of Aaron Linde (narrative director), Andrew Witts (multiplayer director) and Jerry Hock (design director) the departure of Nicolas Bouvier has been addedart director of Halo, who leaves the Master Chief franchise after 14 years working on it continuously.
All good things come to an end. After close to 14 years on HALO, I have decided to pursue other opportunities outside Microsoft and 343 Industries. It’s been a hell of a ride, loved every minute of it. Wishing the absolute best to 343, you guys are and always will be amazing. pic.twitter.com/6mmQtvLTW7

343 Industries offers a first look at Halo Infinite’s co-op campaign
Although the developer has worked on franchises such as Assassin’s Creed, RAGE or Prince of Persia among others, Bouvier became part of the Microsoft studios in 2009 to work on future projects in the Halo franchise after Bungie decided to stop working on the franchise. Specifically, the developer has worked on Halo 4, Halo 5: Guardians and Halo Infinite.
For now, Bouvier has not mentioned whether or not he will stay in the industry, but with his departure from 343 Industries Has already lost 4 major Halo Infinite developers. This may be a wake-up call for the study for the future of the franchise, which we hope will be positive to have the best possible experience.
