Two or three times a year I throw in the towel and dedicate myself to eating and drinking without regret. And then I resort to a constant intake of water and a cabbage juice with celery, lemon, apple and ginger. It is tasty, it is organic, and it leaves you well satisfied; besides being rich in calcium, iron and vitamins A and C.
