“Free the chingona that you have inside”is one of the mottos of Adriana Gallardo, who despite life’s difficulties, managed to overcome herself, get ahead and be a successful business woman. Who is Adriana Gallardo?
She is originally from Mexicali, Baja California, and a great example of how Mexicans shine anywhere in the world.
From a very young age, she immigrated to the United States with the dream of being a great businesswoman and after working in a fast food chain, she founded her first business at the age of 18: Adriana’s Insurancewith which it innovated in the way of selling auto insurance, and which for more than 30 years has been the leading company of its kind in southern California.
However, “at this point in his life, he is passionate about using his natural ability as a leader to motivate and help people reach their full potential,” his LinkedIn read.
She currently owns the emporium AGI Business Groupone of the most powerful Latina businesswomen in Southern California.

Adriana Gallardo did not become a shark from nowhere, she faced innumerable challenges that helped her learn to rise and reemerge like the phoenix.
Her path as an entrepreneur describes it as self-learning.
“It has been a very beautiful journey, full of learning. To face many fears, to overcome many objections. Learning from myself and realizing how strong I am when I thought I couldn’t. I feel very blessed and happy to be here today and share my knowledge and experiences.”
On the other hand, his mother has been his greatest source of advice. The investor tells us how she got ahead without knowing English and being undocumented in the United States. However, her support and support always came from her mother who told her on one occasion:
