Material that could be seen exclusively before the projections of Avatar: The Path of Water in IMAX theaters, and now, it’s available online to everyone.
The sequence filmed in Hellesylt, Norway, in November 2020, shows the action star and his crew preparing to pull off a stunt that took years of planning, where the Hollywood star jumps his motorcycle off a cliff. A stunt that Tom Cruise repeated six times to make it perfect.

Mission Impossible: Deadly Judgment – Part 1 is the seventh installment of the espionage franchise centered on Ethan Hunt, the special agent of the Impossible Missions Force (IMF). In addition to Cruise, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, Henry Czerny, Vanessa Kirby, and Frederick Schmidt return for the next installment. New cast additions include Hayley Atwell, Pom Klementieff, Cary Elwes, Rob Delaney, Indira Varma, Shea Whigham, Mark Gatiss, Esai Morales, and Charles Parnell.
The feature film is written and directed by Christopher McQuarrie, who previously helmed the fifth and sixth installments in the saga: Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation (2015) and Mission Impossible: Fallout (2018). The film is produced by Cruise, McQuarrie, JJ Abrams, David Ellison, and Jake Meyers.
Death Judgment – Part 1 is scheduled to open in theaters on July 13, 2023, with its sequel scheduled for June 2024.
