The Mexican Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences has disclosed the films that will represent Mexico at the 2023 Oscar and Goya Awards. The call was open from August 10 to 31. The Election Committee was able to see the selected films from September 5 to 27 and cast its vote through an electronic voting platform developed by UNAM. This trip will take him to an “existential limit”. It is also described as a nostalgic comedy shot on 65mm and promises to be “an epic, immersive and visually stunning experience.”
