There is a double labor standard, on the one hand we have new methodologies, more digital tools, but within companies, problems are not reported for fear of being exposed and that the aggressor is given support.
Corporate Values should not go out of style, we must evolve our organizational Culture integrating our values. We have more digital tools than our grandparents, but we lack the values that they had.
Our personal values must match the organizations for which we work.
In order to close a sale, many people forget their values, falsifying information, selling fantasies, etc. Companies must make it clear to their collaborators that in their companies, they must act with values.
The anti-values in companies:
Materialism, nepotism, arrogance, selfishness, frivolity, stereotypes, social labels, employment discrimination, favoritism, influence, workplace harassment, information theft, among other bad practices, must be reduced and eliminated.
While thousands of people are starving, others are consumerists, while some yearn for a job opportunity, others quit their jobs for banalities, such as being asked to comply with the dress code,
Our values must not go out of style, on the contrary, they must be timeless in order to have healthy labor relations in companies.
The Regulations, Codes, Norms, Policies, Awards, not only serve to strengthen our Compliance Culture or approve audits, rather, to guide the collaborators and that we all walk in the same direction, proud of the place where we work.
Many companies are only interested in promoting consumerism, others really offer products or services that have not affected third parties in their value chain.
Let’s look for proactive solutions to future incidents, let’s not fall into a comfort zone or workshop blindness.
