Excessive work or negative work environments can cause physical and psychological problems, such as anxiety and depression, indicates the World Health Organization (WHO).
Likewise, the fact that a worker is under these conditions does not benefit companies at all, since it has important economic repercussions due to the fact that productivity is reduced and it is estimated that 1 billion are lost annually in the world economy.
How to identify if you are a “workaholics”?
