Spider-Man: No Way Home could represent the debut of a dangerous team from the Marvel Universe, The Sinister Six, and all this thanks to the spells of Doctor Strange
The existence of the Multiverse that has now reached the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) is a secret for no one thanks to series like Loki and productions like Spider-Man: No Way Wome, where thanks to Doctor Strange one of the most dangerous teams would have arrived for the wall-crawler, The Sinister Six.

In the comics The Sinister Six debuted in The Amazing Spider-Man Annual # 1 (November, 1964) issue. Its founding members were The Vulture, Electro, Kraven the Hunter, Mysterio, Sandman, and Doctor Octopus.
In the MCU the entrance of The Sinester Six can be explained with the trailer of Spider-Man: No Way Home and with the post-credits scene of Venom: Let There Be Carnage.
Recall that in the trailer, Peter Parker asks Doctor Strange for help to perform a spell in which no one remembers that Parker is Spider-Man, but things get out of control, causing chaos in the Multiverse that Strange and Spidey have to solve.

While in the post-credits scene of Venom: Carnage Freed, while Eddie and Venom are resting, a flash sends them to the MCU, where they learn the identity of Peter Parker thanks to the reports of the channel that transmits The Daily Bugle.

The consequences of Strange’s spell could be more than catastrophic for the reality that Marvel Studios has built since 2008.
What lineup would The Sinister Six have in the MCU?
Spider-Man: No Way Home is joined by Alfred Molina and Jamie Foxx as Doctor Octopus and Electro, roles that take up their appearances in previous Spider-Man sagas, in addition to the return of Green Goblin (Still with the doubt if Williem Dafoe or James Franco will reprise that role).
Villains such as Vulture (Michael Keaton), Scorpion (Michael Mando) and Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal) already operate within the MCU, although the latter would have died at the end of Spider-Man: Far From Home, after the London incidents, not before without revealing Parker’s identity to the Daily Bugle.
This would be the beginning of a long chain of incidents in which more characters arrive in the MCU, emanating from other Marvel franchises (This is how Deadpool would also arrive in the MCU?)
