Warner Bros has presented as promised a small preview of the second installment of Aquaman directed by James Wan and Jason Momoa once again as the king of Atlantis
As promised, Warner Bros has revealed a first trailer for Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom during DC FanDome, with images of the colorful concept art of the film and the shooting of the film.
Since the production of Aquaman and the Lost KingdomDirector James Wan has shared a couple of hilarious previews of the costumes we’ll see in the DC Comics sequel. However, as promised during the DC FanDome promotion, the first official trailer for the film in the form of behind-the-scenes footage has been unveiled at the event.
As you can see in the video below, they have shown a lot of concept art, which shed some clues about what fans can expect from the Aquaman sequel. The King of Atlantis stealth suit looks amazing in action, but it’s Black Manta’s new look that is generating the most buzz on social media. In the 2018 movie the suit was recreated exactly like the comics, but this remake is even better.
We also get to see some shots with Amber Heard dressed as Mera and a lot of interview content with the cast and crew. It’s not the trailer some were probably expecting, but we knew it was unlikely they were going to show it to us so soon.
However, for fans of Jason Momoa’s Arthur Curry, it’s impossible not to get excited after seeing this preview. Wan promises a sequel “More mature” on Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.
