Lexus has introduced the new 2022 range of its iconic and exclusive model. The new Lexus LC, in its two body options, opens customization options, both for the exterior and the interior. Additionally, tuning improvements have been made to offer a superior driving experience.

However, this does not mean that it has put aside its most iconic and exclusive models. Despite not having had news of the Lexus LC, the Japanese firm has been working on improvements for the range of this very interesting model. Some improvements that have just seen the light.
In Japan the new 2022 LC range. There is news for both the Lexus LC Coupé and the convertible body variant, the Lexus LC Cabrio. In both cases, changes have been made in terms of personalization and tuning of the vehicle with the aim of improving driving quality and / or performance. Let’s go into detail.

What’s new in the LC range in Japan? Let’s start with the tuning of the vehicle. Lexus has made some modifications to the springs, stabilizer bars and shock absorbers. All this with a clear objective, to improve driving while increasing the response as well as the controllability of the direction. The Lexus Dynamic Handling System has also been modified.
Now putting the spotlight on the level of personalization, Lexus has added a new tonality to the body color palette. Its about Sonic Iridium color and is available for both variants. In addition, and for the LC Coupé, a color called Terrane Khaki Mica Metallic will also be offered now. And if that wasn’t enough, new 21-inch forged aluminum wheels with a polished black finish and orange-painted brake calipers have been added.
The LC Convertible receives, in addition to the aforementioned, additional customization options. For example, there is now a new canopy in Marine Blue
which blends seamlessly with the new blue and white interior. This new configuration adds blue accents in key places in the cabin such as the center console, dashboard, door panels and seats.
At this time it is unknown if these updates will make the leap to other markets and, more specifically, to Europe. The last changes Lexus made to the European LC lineup was nothing less than the introduction of a new body color.
