The new Microlino is ready for series production. The heir to the BMW Isetta faces a new era marked by absolute electrification, sporting an elegant design adapted to current standards but which has not lost its essence. The model already has prices, and versions that we detail below.
If you are one of those who like to attract attention, this new more sustainable mobility model may be your perfect choice to move around the city. Its about Microlino 2.0, a new generation of the popular Isetta from the Munich brand that returns to the market but not under the BMW umbrella, but from an external company with an official license to sell this curious model.
An electric that it is ready to go into production. The range of the new Microlino is divided into three trim levels, the basic «Urban», which is available in two body colors, to be chosen between «Santorini White» and «Amsterdam Orange», the latter with a contrasting glossy black roof. Inside, it is presented with a black fabric upholstery and gray inserts, being able to have a panoramic roof.

The second level is the «Dolce“, With a range of five colors to choose from, the two above plus” Paris Mint Green “,” Milano Red “and Zurich Blue, also with the ceiling painted in contrasting white. What’s more, shows a more luxurious style thanks to chrome parts, also adding the front and rear LED light bars. A special “Dolce Edition” variant is offered of this finish, which has the panoramic roof as standard –at no extra cost a normal roof panel is offered– and an interior upholstered in sustainable leather and fabric
The Microlino «Competition»Puts the sportiest note with three exclusive body colors thanks to the matte finish. The Gotham Anthracite Gray, «London Green» and «Torino Aluminum Silver» are presented with the ceiling painted in glossy black, with the same interior and equipment as the previous one. All have a digital display for the instrument panel, also including heating.
The Microlino 2.0 is offered with a standard electric motor, which yields a maximum power of 12.5 kW, equivalent to 17 hp, and can be configured with a battery with three capacity levels -6, 10.5 and 14 kWh, the latter available from July 2022– having a maximum autonomy of 95, 175 and 230 kilometers. For its recharge, it needs between 3 and 4 hours. Its price? Starting from 12,500 Euros.
