More than half a year has passed since the release of Battlefield 2042 and its first season hasn’t started yet, but DICE is preparing to show it for the first time with a trailer tomorrow, June 7, at 8:00 am PT (10:00 am CDMX). The first season of Battlefield 2042 is named Season 1: Zero Hour.
Through a post on the official Battlefield Twitter account, DICE announced that the Season 1 trailer will arrive tomorrow, as well as confirming that it will be called Zero Hour. The duration of the Battlefield 2042 Season 1 trailer is not known, but it is expected that we will see everything that will come to the game with an emphasis on its gameplay.

In mid-May, DICE reduced the number of players from 128 to 64 in Battlefield 2042 for next-generation consoles and PC, in addition to confirming that the first season of the game would arrive in June, seven months after its launch. Although we do not yet have a release date for Season 1: Zero Hour, insider Tom Henderson says it will arrive on June 9.
No doubt the release date for Battlefield 2042 Season 1: Zero Hour will be revealed tomorrow, so we don’t have to wait long, but the insider also claims to know the content coming to the game and fans are not satisfied.
According to Tom Henderson, Battlefield 2042 Season 1 will add 1 specialist, 2 helicopters, 2 weapons and 1 map new to the game, so he jokes that he “needs to change his name to Zero Content.” Additionally, Henderson says that content creators have been having a hard time playing Battlefield 2042 due to bugs, which DICE has been unable to fix.
A couple of weeks ago DICE announced that they are no longer working on new content for the Hazard Zone mode, which was announced as one of the 3 pillars of Battlefield 2042. This mode will continue to receive patches to fix possible bugs that arise in the future, but you will no longer receive new content or maps in Season 1 or beyond.
