Windows 11 is about to reach all compatible computers. On October 5, all computers that have the necessary requirements will be able to install the new Microsoft operating system. We have already seen third-party tools, options to which it is now added PC Health Check, the official Microsoft application.
Thanks to PC Health Check it is possible to know if our team has all the necessary characteristics to be able to install Windows 11. A tool that members of the Insider Program could access and that is now available to all users.
Complete information to update
The launch of Windows 11 has been very controversial, especially because of the need to have the TPM chip, a requirement that has made it impossible to upgrade to a good number of devices.
- 64 bit CPU dual core
- A capacity of 64GB or more storage.
- Should have at least 4 GB of RAM.
- The PC must support TPM 2.0.
- The PC must support Secure Boot.
What the PC Health Check application allows is that users can know if your team has all the necessary components to make the leap to Windows 11. An application that now solves the problems that the version of the Insider Program presented.
You can download PC Health Check from this link on the Microsoft website. A tool that allows you to know the RAM memory of your computer, the processor, the storage or if it has the TPM chip among other requirements. This application gives us information about the requirements we meet and which ones we don’t.
The application, with a weight of about 13 MB, requires installation and it’s near the bottom of the Microsoft page for download. Once you have checked if your PC meets the requirements, you can uninstall it without any major problem.
