A couple of days ago we already talked about the supposed Redmi Note 9 5G that Xiaomi was preparing for the end of the year. Today we have much more information about this device and its older brother, the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G. Both will share the presentation date and also the quality of connecting to 5G networks. Thanks to TENAA we can know all the details of these interesting devices. They are expected to be the last additions of the year to the Xiaomi catalog, so they will have to deal with the 2021 market.
Simple designs with holes in screen
TENAA has revealed the full design of both devices. They are simple terminals, they are a back part that only houses a circular camera module and the back of the material chosen by Xiaomi. In the most economical device it can be plastic, although the photographs do not allow us to appreciate it correctly.
The camera modules are circular, albeit with subtle differences. In the case of the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G we see a similarity with the Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite presented a few weeks ago. Both devices have a fingerprint sensor on the right side and a USB C connection for charging.
At the front the two opt for a hole in the screen. Of course, in different locations. The Redmi Note 9 5G will have it in the upper left corner and the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G will have this same hole centered in the upper area.
