The 55-inch Xiaomi TV Q1E is the new Smart TV of the company with QLED technology. Currently they sold the 75-inch model in Spain at a fairly high price. This model was on sale at its launch for 999 euros, although there were few units that could be bought at that price. Subsequently, the price rose to the RRP of 1,299 euros, and currently it has risen even more to 1,599 euros, making it somewhat prohibitive.
55-inch Q1E TV: the cheapest Xiaomi QLED
For this reason, Xiaomi has launched a more affordable QLED model, which comes to fill in the great leap in its range of televisions from the P1, where the 55-inch P1 costs 549 euros, and the 75-inch QLED 1,599 euros . The new Q1E TV stands with an adjusted price of 799 euros, quite balanced for its benefits taking into account that we are facing a QLED with Android TV.
The TV has a 10-bit panel that is compatible with Dolby Vision and HDR10 +. Play the 97% of the DCI-P3 color space thanks to your QLED panel, which offers a higher level of brightness and greater fidelity when it comes to reproducing colors. It also has smoothing technologies like MEMC.
It has Android TV 10 and Bluetooth remote
The frame is made of aluminum, and it is barely visible from the front because almost everything is taken up by the panel. In operating system we have Android TV 10, with more than 7,000 apps, including all streaming platforms on the market. In addition, we can use the television as a switchboard to control the home automation, either through the TV or through the Google Assistant that it integrates. On the back of the TV there is a switch to turn off the microphone in case we want to guarantee our privacy and we are not going to use the voice assistant.
The command is similar to the one found in the P1, with buttons for Netflix, Prime Video, and to activate the voice assistant. In addition, we have 360º motion control thanks to its built-in gyroscope and Bluetooth connection. We also have Chromecast to cast content wirelessly.
Inside we find 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory, accompanying a MediaTek MT9611 processor with four Cortex-A55 cores. We have WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, three HDMI 2.0 ports, two USB 2.0, and Ethernet. We also have DVB-T2 and DVB-S2. The refresh rate is 60 Hz. The integrated speakers are 15 W + 15 W for a total power of 30 W, compensating for one of the few cons that can be found to the P1 range, whose speakers sound quite weak and no bass.
Its price is 799 euros, and will be on sale in the coming weeks.
