The MOBA-type game (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena, for its acronym in English) arrived on Nintendo Switch in July and now, as announced, it does so on mobile platforms.<\/p>\n<p>The long-awaited title, developed by Timi Studios, of the Chinese giant Tencent, and published by The Pok\u00e9mon Company, has a game mechanic like that of <em>League of Legends<\/em>, but with the famous Pok\u00e9mon characters.<\/p>\n<p>On paper, this means that players will be able to immerse themselves in <strong>cooperative games<\/strong> of two teams of five people each to compete against each other on a limited-size battlefield.<\/p>\n<p>Teams must conquer a series of zones spread across the Pok\u00e9mon Unite battlefield.  In addition, throughout the game they will be able to capture different Pok\u00e9mon, which will have the ability to learn new skills.<\/p>\n<p>One of the most interesting features of Pok\u00e9mon Unite is the<strong> <em>cross-play<\/em><\/strong>  (cross game).  In this way, mobile players will be able to share games with those on Nintendo Switch and vice versa.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"scaip scaip-1    \"\/>\n<aside id=\"newspack-ads-widget-18\" class=\"widget_newspack-ads-widget clearfix\"\/>\n<p>Also, Pok\u00e9mon Unite is <em><strong>cross-progression<\/strong><\/em>. The developers have included Spanish language support, new gameplay elements, and the introduction of Pok\u00e9mon Unite squads.<\/p>\n<p>The latter will allow the coaches <strong>form teams <\/strong>with his partners.  Groups can use tags to describe themselves and give other players a way to find them.<\/p>\n<p>A new game mode is also on the way to enhance everyone&#8217;s experience.  It seeks to &#8220;level the playing field for all Coaches, regardless of the qualifications of their held items.&#8221;<\/p>\n<aside class=\"scaip scaip-2    \"\/>\n<aside id=\"newspack-ads-widget-22\" class=\"widget_newspack-ads-widget clearfix\"\/>\n<aside id=\"custom_html-9\" class=\"widget_text widget_custom_html clearfix\"\/>\n<p>Pok\u00e9mon Unite is a game<strong> <em>free-to-play<\/em><\/strong>, which means that it can be played for free.  However, as usual in this type of game, virtual currencies can also be purchased to gain competitive advantages.<\/p>\n<p>According to Nintendo, the game has already surpassed 5 million anticipated downloads.  This has translated into rewards for players who complete a themed event before October 31st.<\/p>\n<p>For its operation in <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=jp.pokemon.pokemonunite&amp;hl=es&amp;gl=US\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Android<\/a>, Pok\u00e9mon Unite requires at least 638 MB of free space and versions 4.4 or higher.
