Another of the options that Uber has in terms of sustainability are electric fleet trips, currently in operation, run by Vemo. This has determined important patterns of interaction in the way these vehicles have stood out in the market, through the promise sustainable with which they are sold.
Uber’s new bet
The new version of Uber Black is based on two premises: the first, a partnership with Anaconda Carbón, where for each trip requested, Uber earns credits to reduce its carbon emissions by supporting conservation projects supported by the United Nations and using the Climate Action reserve. Secondly, the strategic alliance with VEMO, a 100 percent electric car company.
