The president of Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige, assured comicbook that although at this time Spider-Man: No Way Home has not yet released its first official trailer, the film will have a preview prior to its premiere.
“Shang-Chi is coming out, the Eternals trailer just came out, but yes, on December 17th, we have the third in our Homecoming trilogy with Sony and Jon Watts and Tom Holland… I can only guarantee that there will be a trailer before the movie comes out”.
The boss of the La Casa de las Ideas studio did not give an official release date for the trailer, but it is a fact that there will be a preview prior to its premiere.
The future of Spider-Man at Sony
In recent weeks, some specialized media announced that Sony Pictures and Marvel studios would be interested in filming at least one more film with the adventures of the friendly neighbor, in which Peter Parker joins the Marvel Sony Universe of Characters, to interact with Venom, Morbuis, Silk and Madame Web.
Spider-Man: No Way Home has seen the returns of Jaimie Foxx (Electro) Alfred Molina (Doctor Octopus) and Benedict Cumberbatch (Doctor Strange) in one of the films that will establish the multiverse.
Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, and Marisa Tomei will also be back in Spider-Man: No Way Home. Accompanying Tom Holland as the Peter Parker / Spider-Man interpreter.
All under the direction of Jon Watts, Spider-Man: No Way Home will premiere on December 17, 2021.
