We love to see beautiful homes from the inside that can inspire us to make reforms or changes in our own home. The one we show you today has wide spaces, where the light enters more than generously and something that also makes it very special is its privileged locationin the Barcelona neighborhood of Sarrià, at the foot of Tibidabo.
Coblonal Interiorismo has carried out the integral reform project of this house of three floors plus the garage floor, starting with the main room that has floor-to-ceiling windows, where enjoying the views is a pleasure. Its greatest singularity is that it forms a large open space. On the floor, made of natural wood, there is a large triangular glass opening that leads to the lower floor where the living room is.
Coblonal’s interior design proposal highlights the spectacular and rationalize distribution of the different spaces, so that it achieves maximum use of the virtues inherent in housing. Thanks to a cultivated interior design work, a great feeling of well-being has been generated in every corner, an intangible that is the true luxury of this home. The house, which has a area of 280 square metershas 3 bedrooms, three bathrooms and a toilet, kitchen, living room, games room and study area.
To regulate the light according to the orientation and use of the different rooms, Coblonal has used different resources. So, for example, having half height windows in the kitchen it has facilitated the commitment in this area to ‘total black’: furniture, island, electrical appliances, bar and stools.
On the other hand, although it is always good news that the square meters are abundant, this circumstance forces us to think very well where to arrange the storage to optimize the use and enjoyment of the different spaces. In this sense, Coblonal has designed different custom white cabinetswithout handles, to meet the needs of the rooms.
In search of maximum well-being, one of the most characteristic aspects of this home is comprehensive home automation installation which, accompanied by multiple controllable and programmable elements, make living in it really comfortable and pleasant. Waking up at the scheduled time with the best views of Barcelona when the bedroom blinds go up, different environments depending on the time of day programmed with lights in all rooms and even enjoying a shower with an unusual remote.
Ultimately, it is about a house designed to enjoywhere each space has been thought out projecting in detail with its owners that has details that are within everyone’s reach such as the Cesia model bench by Kave Home in the hall, the Lhassa model coffee tables by Maisons du Monde, the mirror in the bathroom by Zara Home and La Redoute or the KVITSÖY bed with drawers by Ikea in the children’s room, among others.
