During process management we find areas of opportunity that impact the operation.
The best practice that helps us achieve the goal and objective is to support ourselves with an Action Plan that involves collaborators, sometimes projects sound wonderful, but they are forgotten, that is not profitable, it is time invested, They are resources invested and clients do not expect excuses, they expect results and also honesty, we detected this, but we are already doing this action.
Unfortunately, a lot of resources are invested in unforeseen issues due to poor planning, therefore, we cannot execute a project and work naively, there are people who act unethically waiting for opportunities to boycott projects and impose their ideas.
Remember that the results do not happen immediately, we must cooperate and work in harmony. Important resources are invested in the execution of projects, from man hours by the client and external team, so we promote quality in our work.
We must define the scope of the project and its characteristics, that will ensure Customer Satisfaction, we avoid waste in companies.
Let’s avoid wasting man hours, resources … and reflect improvements in our service, let’s not wait for complaints to implement an Action Plan.
It is not enough to give the order to impose a project, we must follow up on projects to generate better results.

During the implementation of projects with clients or within the company itself, there are consequences that generate costly damages, here are some of them:
- Avoid Loss of Customers
Due to constant complaints from customers, poor quality of service, customers are lost. Let’s not expect to be the bottleneck of the company that generates losses, in order to improve our processes.
- Improve results
It is important to keep what is promised, sometimes during the sale of a service, big promises are made, but in practice, there are big complaints due to operational deficiency.
- Reduce operating costs
While a project is being implemented, it is likely that there are deficiencies, which generate expenses that were not contemplated.
- Employee satisfaction
It is not enough to announce a project with great enthusiasm, we must sell the projects internally to achieve the participation of collaborators.
- Avoid Claims for non-compliance
Time is short during project management, the results are decisive, so we must avoid claims. We must improve our service regularly and not expect complaints such as product or service cancellations.

Let’s generate profitable projects, planning, monitoring, generating quality deliverables and providing follow-up at the end of the project. We can all contribute to continuous improvement, the benefit is for everyone.
