The popular Colombian telenovela I am Betty the Ugly one has a new home where it can be seen in the realm of streaming. Until mid-2022, the more than three hundred episodes of the program were in the Netflix catalog, always being one of the most viewed content by the Latin American public. However, the broadcast rights eventually slipped out of the hands of the red “N”, which puzzled the ardent fans of this memorable love story.
Fortunately, this week we can celebrate the return of the endearing Beatriz Aurora Pinzón Solano to our screens, although through a different brand.

An official synopsis of this famous telenovela, considered the most successful in the entire history of Latin America, dictates the following:
“Beatriz Pinzón Solano is a brilliant economist with a master’s degree in finance. She only has one flaw: she is ugly. Everything changes when she starts working at EcoModa, one of the largest companies in the country, where she meets and falls in love with Armando Mendoza. This time her life will give her a second chance to show that she can become the most desired and loved woman in the world.
I am Betty the Ugly one It was originally broadcast between 1999 and 2001. Created by Fernando Gaitán, its cast was made up of Ana María Orozco, Jorge Enrique Abello, Natalia Ramírez and Lorna Paz, among others.
